I offer Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal, and fascia therapy. These services are 60, 75, or 90 min sessions to create more ease and pain-free movement in the body.
Your massage can be as focused or general to manage your overall wellness.
While we no longer have to mask to receive services, you are welcome to do so and request that I do as well.
All sessions include hot towels.
