I am a North Carolina licensed massage therapist (#4652) and a deep tissue/fascia instructor with over 20 years of experience.  I have practiced in many different settings from clinical offices to spas, working with people of all genders and ages.  I'm most interested in massage therapy as an art form to bring balance to the mind, body, and spirit, using science-based techniques.
